Refund Policy
Refund information for digital products and services.
No Refunds
Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, or access has been granted, refunds cannot be provided.
This applies to:
- Website Templates
- Reels Content Packs
- Poster Templates
- Fonts
- Textures
- Creative Assets
Exceptions
Refund requests may only be considered if:
- The wrong file was delivered
- A purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
- Product access cannot be provided due to a technical issue caused by SiteRush Studio
Custom Services
Payments for custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Project cancellations may be reviewed individually depending on project status.
